“Our old boiler was 26 years old and had finally given up when we called up to have it looked at, and Kristian stopped by the very same day to inspect it. He explained the situation very clearly and honestly to us, explained what the problem was and that given the age of the boiler and difficulty obtaining obsolete parts to replace it was best to upgrade the whole system. He then went over what our options were and what it would all involve. The job itself took only two days and both days James arrived prompt and early to start work and was extremely efficient at installing our new boiler and switching our system from the old loft water tanks over to mains pressure. He removed all the now redundant bits of pipe, tanks, water cylinder, old boiler etc and tidied up after himself superbly. Both Kristian and James were very friendly and approachable in all our interactions, and communication throughout the whole process was great! “We chose Kristian to supply and install a new boiler in a different location and install our new range cooker. I can’t praise him highly enough. He arrived on the day scheduled for a quotation as arranged. Extremely professional from start to finish. Proper written quotation. Kristian and his colleagues arrived earlier than he expected. By lunchtime, the old boiler was out, an the new boiler was up. By the time I came home from work, everything was almost finished, including repositioning some pipework. Also cutting back and capping of redundant pipework and repairing another leaking pipe. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Kristian again or to recommend him and his colleagues to others.
