“Our old boiler was 26 years old and had finally given up when we called up to have it looked at, and Kristian stopped by the very same day to inspect it. He explained the situation very clearly and honestly to us, explained what the problem was and that given the age of the boiler and difficulty obtaining obsolete parts to replace it was best to upgrade the whole system. He then went over what our options were and what it would all involve. The job itself took only two days and both days James arrived prompt and early to start work and was extremely efficient at installing our new boiler and switching our system from the old loft water tanks over to mains pressure. He removed all the now redundant bits of pipe, tanks, water cylinder, old boiler etc and tidied up after himself superbly. He was a very neat and tidy worker. The job required two spare parts, which he ordered and was able to fit them within two days.
